#18 LOVE RIZI – Cluj-Napoca

We were extremely honored and happy to bring One Night Gallery to a city that has become the vibrant scene of Romania’s manifestation of creativity, 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗷-𝗡𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗰𝗮. 𝗢𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟳:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 we’ve created a bridge between architecture, light and nature immersing ourselves into the countless stories and experiences that unfolding in the heart of the city, on the East side of 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

One Night Gallery 𝟭𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 presented the works of 𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗜, a design studio which experiments at the intersection of architecture, technology and communication. Founded in 2013 by an architect and a communications & multimedia specialist, the studio explores emotions through technology. The two artists have designed an immersive experience, fusing nature and technology in order to celebrate innovation and design, but also to enhance nature.

The exhibition showcased 𝟵 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 under the umbrella concept 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦, that unites 4 primordial elements of nature – fire, water, earth and air – with 4 essential design elements – point, line, plan and form.
𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 will be seen in the form of 5 installations, giving the visitor the chance to get transported in a magical world of the senses whilst discovering the cyclical processes of the planet. From a dynamic, water vapour installation which plays with colour to a light installation influenced by movements in the air, to an architectural construct made out of luminous wire and an installation which allows you to play with water and fire, there is a clear discourse on the organic complementarity of the world. In parallel, 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 will be represented by 4 installations, a diverse blend of lights, colours and movement.

One Night Gallery Love RIZI is an itinerant exhibition that took place throughout the country in 𝗕𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁̦𝗮, 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗷 and 𝗜𝗮𝘀̦𝗶.
