#19 LOVE RIZI – Iași

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆’s mission is to place new media art – emergent technologies applied in art – in Romania’s Creative & Cultural Industries, to transform art galleries in immersive shows through innovation and to create a link between heritage and the new tools of storytelling.
We want to transform public spaces through cultural intervention and to captivate the public’s attention through experience design.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗶 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗜𝗮𝘀̦𝗶, 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀 – an iconic cultural space, showcasing a mix of architectural installations, interactive experiences and immersive designs that merge with the surroundings.On this unique occasion, we are going to create a 𝟯-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, starting the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿, where architecture, lights and nature will come together and bring art & technology to the public space so that the entire city can enjoy them by night, starting with 𝟭𝟵:𝟯𝟬.

One Night Gallery 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 presents the works of 𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗜, a design studio which experiments at the intersection of architecture, technology and communication. Founded in 2013 by an architect and a communications & multimedia specialist, the studio explores emotions through technology. The two artists have designed an immersive experience, fusing nature and technology in order to celebrate innovation and design, but also to enhance nature.The exhibition will showcase 𝟵 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 under the umbrella concept 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦, that unites 4 primordial elements of nature – fire, water, earth and air – with 4 essential design elements – point, line, plan and form.

𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 will be seen in the form of 5 installations, giving the visitor the chance to get transported in a magical world of the senses whilst discovering the cyclical processes of the planet. From a dynamic, water vapour installation which plays with colour to a light installation influenced by movements in the air, to an architectural construct made out of luminous wire and an installation which allows you to play with water and fire, there is a clear discourse on the organic complementarity of the world. In parallel, 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 will be represented by 4 installations, a diverse blend of lights, colours and
movement.

Wearing a face mask, covering both the nose and the mouth and mantating the 2m social distance are mandatory on the whole site of the temporary new media art exhibition.

One Night Gallery Love RIZI is an itinerant exhibition that will take place throughout the country in 𝗕𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁̦𝗮, 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗷 and 𝗜𝗮𝘀̦𝗶.
